Meals & Snacks

Two snacks are provided daily one mid- morning and one mid- afternoon. Snacks follow Canada's Food Guide and will be posted in the entrance. It is the Parents/Guardians responsibility to provide their child's lunch including formula, infant food, and bottles. 

Food Policy

It is the policy of The Tot Spot that:

-no child is fed by means of a propped bottle.

-no child is forced to consume food.

-no child is left unsupervised while eating.

-food is not used as a reward or punishment.
